Run by Chris the Mindset Coach Strong & Mobile sessions. "Are you or a loved one living with a neurological condition such as Parkinson's, Dementia, MS, or the effects of a stroke?" The strong & mobile weekly sessions aim to increase balance, strength & coordination. Sessions are held on Tuesdays 1-2pm followed by tea and biscuits at West Lindsey Leisure Centre and cost just £2.
