Welcome to the Go Gainsborough website. Here you will find details of the many community groups, clubs and activities in Gainsborough. Spring is in the Air. This blossoming tree is a lovely welcome for folk using our bus station. It compliments the new updated buses on some of our routes!
Mondays 17th, 24th, 31st March & 7th April. Lent Lunches to Support Christian Aid. Simple lunches of soup and a bread roll will be served on Mondays throughout Lent from 11.45am - 1.30pm at St Paul's Church, Morton. No charge but a donation to Christian Aid accepted.
Tuesday 29th April. Are you, or do you know of anyone affected by Parkinson's? Parkinson's UK would like to meet you and hear your story so they can shape their future plans around clients needs. Join them at Thornock Golf Club from 1pm - 3pm.
There are many green groups in our town and surrounding villages. As well as the health benefits of being outdoors joining in is a great way of making new friends and sharing ideas. If you are looking for an allotment do try Gainsborough Town Council who oversee five sites around Gainsborough. If gardening and flowers are your thing there are clubs in town and in the surrounding villages. All are open to new members and cost very little to join. Details of these clubs and other green groups are on the All Things Green page.

Thurs 3rd April. Battleship Potemkin set to live music. Unique opportunity to view the 1925 classic movie accompanied by music from the Isle of Axholme Orchestra. Sun 6th April. Enjoy a performance of Verdi's Requiem by the Gainsborough Choral Society and Scunthorpe & District Choral Society. Music from the Lincolnshire Symphony Orchestra. 6pm start. Tickets £20. The Bath Hall, Scunthorpe.
